Program Costs



The following are the fees associated with the program.

First years Enrolment is $287 and includes:
  • One years enrollment
  • 1 Recruit guide book binder
  • 1 Recruit ball cap
  • 1 Black Beret
  • 1 ACU Patrol Cap
  • 3 ACU Tan Undershirts
  • 1 ACU Trouser
  • 1 ACU Coat

  • 1 ACU "ARMY CADETS" Tape
  • 1 Reverse American flag
  • 1 ACA ACU Shoulder Patch
  • 1 ACU "CADET" Tape for shoulder

  • 1 ACU RECRUIT Rank
  • 2 ACA Army Cadet PT shirts
  • 1 ACA PT Shorts
  • 1 ACU rank when earned
  • First of any ribbon earned

We do offer three different payment options for the Initial Enrolment Fee. Option 1 is a full payment, Option 2 breaks it up into two payments, and option 3 breaks it up into four payments. We also offer Multi family member discounts for the enrollment fee. Please ask us for details.

Re-Enrolment fee is $96
The re-enrollment fee consists of one year's enrollment, 1 ACU rank when earned, first of any ribbon earned, and 1 ticket to the unit Dining-In.

Drill Fee
There is a $35 fee for each drill to pay for food and housing. The drill fee is due two weeks before each drill and must be sent to the Unit's P.O. Box.

Annual Training Fee
Cadets must attend Annual Training every summer. This once a year cost averages about $500. Senior Cadets may be required to go for an additional week of Leadership training prior to Annual Training with an additional cost of about $100. These fees do not include any transportation costs to or from the Training Location.

Uniform and Gear Cost
Some Gear and most of the Uniform items are purchased by the Cadets. Most of the uniform items and gear can be purchased through the list of discount suppliers listed under supply or can be bought at an Army/Navy stores in your area but some items will have to be bought from the Unit because they are ACA unique items. You can look at the Uniform and Gear Lists page under Supply for a complete listing of Uniform and Gear Items needed. Please note that a lot of the items on the lists are not need right away and can be purchase over time and some of the items are optional.

Special events and trips
Each year we have a Summer Picnic, a Holliday Dinner, and we try to take the cadets on a Trip. The cost of these events, vary and are determined by the amount of money raised with our fundraisers efforts during the year.
